Daniel Rutledge is a retired DEA Special Agent with more than 28 years of combined federal and local law enforcement experience. He served with the Drug Enforcement Administration for more than 23 years after beginning his career as a police officer and detective with the Bryan Police Department.

Throughout his career, Daniel conducted and supported investigations involving homicides, assaults, robberies, theft, complex narcotics organizations, money laundering, and crime scenes. His specialized experience includes undercover operations, Title III wiretap investigations, cellular device tracking, physical surveillance, witness interviews, and the development of complex criminal cases.

Daniel has testified more than 100 times in federal and state courts, giving him extensive experience presenting investigative findings clearly and under scrutiny. As a Senior Investigator with Principled Investigations Group, he handles complex matters requiring seasoned judgment, persistent fieldwork, effective interviewing, and the ability to uncover difficult-to-obtain information.
